For touring Rome we wanted to be situated near to the metro and other transportation links therefore when planning the Logistics Best Western made perfect sense in being located right by the Terminus which was great for us as the Tour Bus operated right outside the hotel and being the first stop enabled easy boarding. Equally being the last stop we could return to base if we needed. Equally the Shuttle going back to the airport collection point is right there as well. The Hotel staff are friendly, polite, efficient. The Hotel is modern and bright and the rooms have mood lighting to relax to. The rooms are clean, spacious, with comfortable beds, pillows and TV. The bathroom is a good size with shower and bath which was clean and maintained with nice towels and wash stuff available. Breakfast has a great selection of Traditional English and Continental with other patisserie choices which is essential for Rome as you will be burning calories. Staff are helpful and the breakfast team pleasant keeping the tables clean. For us this Hotel worked and gave us everything that we needed and upon checkout looked after our bags as we had a late flight. The staff were happy and smiling.

The SIT shuttle bus stops just in front of the hotel even though we didn’t get to use it because SIT airport shuttle bus schedule didn’t fit us (40min waiting because it just left). Termini entrance is just few minutes away, grocery Coop also around there, and post office too. staff were all so warm and helpful. And the best part for us was the parking that we could reserve beforehand. Many other hotels have parking but first come first served. Although they have a limited slots, it’s important we can book a garage. there’s a parking building beside this hotel but it’s the kind of parking that machine operated parking, plus you need to leave a key to them yet there are certain time you can get the car out. And parking fee at hotel was quite reasonable. More importantly the hotel is located outside ZTL, the restricted zone that if you accidentally enter, you will get a huge fine after your vacation. Colosseum was easy walking distance from the hotel, or you can take a subway from Termini station.

The friendliest hotel staff we have ever met, they treat all guests with the utmost kindness and professionalism. Breakfast as well as dinner were rich, various and delicious. Although the Hotel was full, the staff gave every guest maximum attention and personal approach, always with a smile on their face. Paolo the night receptionist, the day team at the reception, Patrizia and the rest of the wonderful team in the restaurant and bar, including the chef whose excellent dishes made the stay at the Hotel even better, certainly contributed to the excellent impression of our holidays in Rome to which we will definitely return. Of course with our stay again at the Best Western Royal Santina Hotel. Location is great, near the main city train station, as well as metro and various public buses station.

We liked the location, next to Termini station which we used for Metro. Also we used the garage and the electric car charging station. Otherwise the staff was nice and efficient, we could leave the car and luggage to go around the city in the morning after checking out of the hotel. This was very kind. The breakfast was varied, coffee was offered kindly and it was good. The staff is very friendly and offers its services, from handling the luggage to saying Good morning with a smile before breakfast. The room was ok, big enough, we appreciated the bath (son bathed himself for two evenings) and large shower.

The location was excellent for those who prefer to be at a main transportation hub that gives easy access to the airport and most major attractions. My family really enjoyed being able to walk a few minutes away to Roma Termini to jump on either metro line for the short journey to stops either located at or just minutes away from all the major tourist attractions. This location also made the trip from the airport virtually seamless by jumping on a Leonardo Express train (non-stop) leaving us with an approximate 32 minute train ride and 5-minute walk to checking in.
